The company provides various marketing and communication tools such as SuperReceptionist, Smart IVR & Super Conference on its cloud platform Knowlus. To facilitate its growth, the company raised a Series-B round from Sequoia and Mayfield to the tune of US $16 million.

With clear focus on innovation and employee count of 507, the company serves 12,000 customers in 66 countries. In FY 2014-15, the company grew revenues 200 per cent, from the previous fiscal. With the recent launch of SuperReceptionist app, it aims to enhance the business model for SMB sector, by making the cloud telephony service completely accessible on mobile, hence more productive. It expects to touch revenue run rate of US $100 million per annum in next 3 years, which it plans to achieve through international expansion and product enhancement.

Cloud Technology: Its cloud platform has the ability to process over a million calls an hour.  

Selling within the ecosystem: Knowlarity has done a wonderful job of selling within the Indian startup ecosystem and currently serves, Faasos, Freecharge and many, many other Indian startups. 

Rapid product evolution: Cloud-based communication tools to SMBs in addition to IVR services and cloud conferencing. Proprietary cloud telephony platform, Knowlus, provides significant customization to its customers; IVR studio has made it easy for developers to integrate voice API’s to one’s application with just drag and drop. SuperReceptionist app helps one can carry their business wherever they go, leading to a highly responsive communication with their customers.
