In Startup50 2017: Goodera is a SaaS-based CSR management platform that serves customers in 30 countries and manages over US$ 200 million in CSR budgets. Importantly, the Omidyar Network backed company has clinched deals with 24 Fortune 500 companies and is looking to build further on its customer base

Established in February 2014, Goodera is a CSR lifecycle management platform which provides customers automation and intelligence across monitoring and evaluation, impact  measurement, grant making, reporting and employee volunteering. Currently, the company has built a 100-member strong team and recorded a growth rate of over 100 per cent year-on-year on annual revenues. Goodera is backed by Omidyar Network, Nexus Venture Partners and individual investor mentors.

Creating last mile visibility: Goodera solves a critical need for corporates and non-profits to have last mile visibility of progress and impact measurement of their  CSR projects. This allows for better efficacy in decision making on CSR projects especially since the platform provides provide insights through dashboards for different stakeholders.

Enhancing employee involvement: Through Goodera, customers are able to drive employee participation in volunteering on a much more impactful scale as the platform manages to ease the friction of sourcing volunteering opportunities and management of the same.

Impressing upon global clientele: In a short span of 3 years, the company has on boarded over 150 global customers, including  24 Fortune 500 companies. It has managed over US$ 200 million in CSR budgets and positively impacted close to 6 million beneficiaries.
