In a short span of two years, it is working with more than 60 large captives, services and products company and has monthly revenue of Rs. 5.5 crore.
Marketing Strategy
The company believes in service-based marketing. It has been able to grow to 1500+ employees (out of which 65 per cent are women) and get projects due to its focus on delivery quality and speed. The company believes that J2W Premier Lounge will change the way talent is engaged for a project. And hence, it plans to adopt several awareness drives through online and offline media to showcase the great advantages of varied engagement models.
Challenges galore
While Industry is facing major challenges in the niche skills area, there is still some resistance towards adopting the new models and they continue to work in a conventional way. Majority of the software development projects have moved towards Agile, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, DevOps to meet the market needs in the fastest way possible. Today, projects need talent in exact similar way but the talent industry is slow in opening up for the new models of engagement.
